The structure and methodology are based on Dr Karl von Branders research from 1937, where he addressed the huge number of mails and parcels, that was manger by the mailroom at larger companies in those days.
The methodology is an effective way of sorting and monitoring incoming mails.
Dr von Brandes mantra was “Its very few people that just leave the mail in the mailbox! The majority sorts the mail for later processing.”
The virtual assistant monitors your inbox 24/7 and automatically sorts your incoming emails for later processing.
Different ticklers are sent to you giving you your the mail status and information of need for processing.

Out of the box functions
Out of the box the artificial assistant sorts your mails according to subjects and prioritisation. You have the possibility to change these settings as you prefer. For instance, are a mail with the subject FYI (For Your Information) not necessary to read immediately, so the assistant moves to the End of Day folder.
Machine learning
You train the assistant to process all your incoming mails! Our algorithms are constantly evolving for optimizing the main management. All functions are 100% customized by you. For instance, can you change the daily tickler mail when you change time zone.
The Black Hole
The black hole function works like your personal filter for unwanted mails. You train the assistant to recognise unwanted mails. For instance, you can block some senders or domains making sure that those mails disappear into the black hole never to be seen again! (You can enable them again if you want)
Archiving
Some email need to be saved for reference. We therefore developed an automatic archive function storing your emails in easy searchable folders. You train the assistant to save just the emails that you want to be saved, not the whole mail system.
